Mom's Milk Matters is a private-pay practice and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. This includes limiting access to client information to Stephanie Calabrese and any staff directly involved in your care, storing records securely, and using discretion in all written and verbal communication about your care.

• With your other healthcare providers (such as your pediatrician or OB/midwife), but only with your prior consent
• With service providers who help us operate our business, such as our website form provider or email service, solely for the purpose of operating our practice
